SHIPPING/PICK UP/DELIVERY

orders for shipping will be processed within two weeks

tracking info will be provided when received from our shipping company

 

we can hold items up to 30 days after planned pick up date and time

we can do delivery for a flat rate of $30 in the LA area  

pickup occurs at our studio in Eagle Rock  

COMMISSIONS

we accept a limited amount of custom orders. Commissions require a $500 minimum. 

turnaround typically takes at least 8 weeks

variations in color of clay body naturally occur in a high fire kiln. 

**the beauty of high-fire clay, for us, is that each piece is completely unique. it  may be a similar form, but each experience that occurs in the kiln has so many variables that can alter glaze finish slightly. If this uncertainty is not exciting to you, please do not place a commission order with us. It would be more suitable for you to purchase a completed piece so you know exactly what you are receiving**
